Our Satisfaction Guarantee 

We offer a 30 Day100% Satisfaction Guarantee on each and every item within your order. If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item you received from Armed American Supply, please contact us and we will gladly exchange any brand new unworn item.

Please note we cannot accept returns on worn / non-new items. This includes stains left behind from deodorant or traces of cologne or perfume smell that were caused when the item was tried on.

Please thoroughly check your items when you receive them and contact your rep with any discrepancies.  As always, we stand behind our products 100% and will make sure you are totally happy with your order.

It is at the discretion of Armed American Supply whether or not we will accept a refund or exchange. Also it will be at our discretion which party is responsible for return shipping fees. We do our very best to not make any mistakes, however if we do we will gladly fix the problem at no cost to you and we will require the same in return... If the mistake is on the customers end during the ordering process we will not be able to pay return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement item may as well be at the customers expense. 

 

How long will it take for me to receive my shirt / hoodie?

We print all of our shirt and hoodies in house this allows us to control quality and shipping times much better.

We are proud of the fact that we ship most of our orders within 24 hours on orders placed during the business week, orders placed on the weekends or holidays will go out the following business day in most cases.

 

My Tracking Info Is Not Updated, Now What?

Please allow at least 48hrs-72hrs from your shipped date, for shipping status to update before contacting us about tracking updates. Unfortunately once we drop shipment to USPS, we have no control on the tracking updates. Please be assured that after receiving your order shipment notification, your package has been shipped.

While we make a 110% good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment provided the shipping address you supplied is correct. We simply can not be responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages once they leave our location and are into the hands of USPS or UPS.

Please be sure to provide the correct shipping information to avoid loss. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly and a change needs to be made to the final destination address, please contact us immediately after you placed your order. Once your item is in the hands of the post office, address changes cannot be accommodated. If the package is returned to sender due to incorrect address, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Although we have not experienced any issues with USPS, we reserve the right to not be responsible for any mis-delivery or lost packages of said delivered packages.
